Sean Shitta-Bey, P. Eng; PMP
Director, Project and Engineering Services
Sean is a highly accomplished civil engineering graduate with over 30 years of experience, encompassing diverse international projects across North America and Africa. His career trajectory demonstrates exceptional leadership, technical expertise and a proven track record of delivering high-value infrastructure initiatives on time and within budget. He began his professional career as a civil works engineer in the oil and gas sector, managing significant projects like the development of heavy concrete foundation works for tank farms in the Niger delta basin of West Africa, the construction of a helicopter hangar, runway, and helipad, extensive dredging works along coastal refineries in the coastal areas of Nigeria, to facilitate marine access; piling operations for offshore platforms. These roles honed his skills in site preparation, risk assessment, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams under challenging environmental conditions. Building on this foundation, Sean founded and scaled an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company from a startup to achieving a consistent annual turnover of $40 million over a five-year period, with a cumulative revenue exceeding $250 million.
As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Sean has contributed to the Canadian construction landscape, specializing in project management, quality control, adherence to stringent design standards, and proactive risk mitigation. His Canadian portfolio spans industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. Specializing in the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction planning and feasibility studies to final closing and handover. Sean continues to drive impactful infrastructure solutions that shape communities and industries for the better.
Goriola Omisore; PMP, EP, ISO Lead Auditor
Director, Environmental and Technical services
Goriola is a Certified Environmental Professional and Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 22 years of experience providing leadership in pollution prevention, resource efficiency, and waste and hazardous materials management. A strong advocate for sustainable practices, he has promoted strategies for reducing corporate ecological footprints, championing waste management solutions based on the 5Rs principle. Beyond project delivery, Goriola has acted as a government advisor on environmental governance and contributed to annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reporting.
Titus Olowo; PMP
Director, Project Control and Implementation
Titus is a highly accomplished Scheduling and Planning Engineer with over 15 years of experience supporting major capital projects in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and construction industries—many exceeding $1 billion in value. He brings deep expertise in Primavera P6 and is a Primavera P6 EPPM 8 Certified Implementation Specialist, along with holding multiple high-level certifications including PMP (PMI), CMRP (SMRP), MMP (PEMAC), SAP-PM, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and more. Most recently, he played a pivotal role as a Lead Integrated Planner for LNG Canada, one of the largest infrastructure projects in Canadian history. He created and maintained integrated schedules, Power BI dashboards, and progress reports to drive decision-making and improve cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, maintenance, and construction. His work directly contributed to milestone tracking, scenario risk analysis, trend identification, and mitigation planning. Titus is a true subject matter expert in planning and scheduling for complex, multi-phase projects, with a proven track record at organizations such as Kiewit (Trans Mountain Pipeline), Nova Chemicals, CNRL, TC Energy, and Stuart Olson. He is highly skilled in Earned Value Management (EVM), Time Impact Analysis, critical path tracking, delay/variance analysis, and resource loading. With a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, a Master’s in Geospatial Science, and formal AACE training, Titus offers both the practical and strategic mindset needed to support billion-dollar capital projects with precision and foresight. His toolset includes Primavera P6, TILOS, SAP-PM, Maximo, Power BI, Deltek Acumen Fuse, and Microsoft Project.
